Define Work & Deliverables
After determining the needs of your business, we will discuss the timing and execution of the work itself and how we could collaborate with your team, then we will provide your team with a proposal and/or statement of work.
Software Development
Once we have a defined statement of work confirmed and executed by your team, we will get your project or implementation scheduled and on the calendar. This will allow us time to assign appropriate resources for your project and schedule a kick-off call.
Salesforce Management
In many cases, our clients may require ongoing consulting after the initial project or implementation. This is to be expected, so we will work together to find a good balance between our level of involvement on an ongoing basis.
